Construction Safety Training System (CSTS-09) Full Version and Upgrade

 

The ACSA has released a new version of Construction Safety Training System (CSTS-09) with new video, graphics and new and updated course content.


Users can access the entire course through the link listed below. 

 

ALL USERS WHO ARE DOING THE FULL CSTS-09 VERSION NEED TO CONTACT THE TRAINING CENTRE AT 780-482-0908 DURING OFFICE HOURS (MON-FRI 8:00AM- 4:30PM) BEFORE FOLLOWING THE LINK.  INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO ACCESS AND COMPLETE THE COURSE AS WELL AS RECEIVING THE TICKET OF COMPLETION WILL BE GIVEN OVER THE PHONE.

 

Construction Safety Training System (CSTS-09) Upgrade

Log in to the Student Services Portal; if you are eligible, you will receive a notice on the e-Learning Registration page as well as the link to self-register.   (See required information below)

The ACSA has released a new version of Construction Safety Training System (CSTS-09) with new video, graphics and new and updated course content. An upgrade is being made available for those interested in upgrading their certification to the new version. All students who have completed CSTS v3.2 between Jan. 1st, 2004 and October 31st, 2010 and have an ACSA registered completion certificate will be able to take this online course free of charge. The training is done individually and will take, on average, 1.5 - 2 hours to complete. Students who complete the upgrade course will receive a CSTS-09U certificate from the ACSA.

Please be aware that the ACSA will only issue certificates for the CSTS-09 Upgrade course to those that have a registered CSTS v3.2 certificate, as described above. If your CSTS certificate is issued by another organization you will need to discuss your access with them.

System Requirements:

It should be possible to get CSTS-09 running on a system with the following minimum hardware specification, although it is unlikely that the system would perform optimally.

  • Pentium 4, 2 GHZ
  • 1 GB of system memory (RAM)
  • Speakers or Headset
  • Adobe Flash Player 8
  • High Speed Internet Access
  • Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Chrome
    • Students can use any Internet browser
    • Administrators must use IE 6 or higher

CSTS-09 should perform optimally on a computer with the following hardware specification.

  • Pentium 4, 3 GHZ
  • 2 GB of system memory (RAM)
  • Speakers or Headset
  • Adobe Flash Player 10+
  • High Speed Internet Access
  • Internet Explorer 8

Call the Training centre at 780-482-0908 for access and log in information. CSTS-09 Full version is FREE for MEMBERS of Ironworkers local 720/725 and to workers who have been dispatched from Ironworkers local 720/725.
