In an effort to further protect our workforce and community, Syncrude is pleased to offer COVID-19 vaccinations at our on-site clinic from May 8th - 10th. The Moderna COVID-19 vaccine will be available at the clinic for three days for all Syncrude site-critical employees and contractors.
Syncrude’s vaccination clinic hours of operation:
Tamarack Club, Mildred Lake
Saturday, May 8 – Monday, May 10
10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Transportation to Mildred Lake will be provided for Aurora based workers.
Workers are asked to book an appointment in advance by calling 1-825-409-1027 but walk-ins are also accepted. Booking line open from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Government-issued identification and health care cards (including those from outside Alberta) should be presented at the clinic.

A message from Suncor Base Plant:
Good Afternoon. Please share the attached updated information regarding vaccines available on site.
From May 10th to 13th, everyone with site access to Base Plant will be eligible to receive their first dose of the Moderna mRNA vaccine at our on-site vaccine clinic.
The on-site clinics will run May 10 to 13 at select times between Main Admin and Steepbank Mine Complex.

Message about dues and death benefit payments. We are now accepting Dues and Death Benefit payments by E-transfer (there is a $1.50 E-transfer fee to add to your payment). You can still pay your dues/death benefits by Visa or Mastercard over the phone, mailing cheque or money order or setting up Pre-Authorized Debit from your account.
