• beans with or without pork
• canned meat
• canned fish
• canned fruit or vegetables
• peanut butter
• powdered milk
• macaroni and cheese dinners
• pasta and pasta sauce
• cereal and oatmeal
• school snack items such as juice boxes, fruit cups and granola bars
